Anne M. Norrell

Anne M. Norrell 61 of Peru. Passed away January 30, 2025, in Allure Healthcare of Peru.

Services will be 12:00 PM Wednesday February 5, 2025, at the First Congregational Church of Peru. Pastor Mark Harder will officiate. Private burial will be at a later date. 

Visitation will be on Wednesday in the church from 10AM -12:00 PM.. Ptak Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Anne was born August 8, 1963, in Peru. Anne was a 1981 graduate of La Salle- Peru Township High School. She worked at Office Max in Peru for many years and then worked at Hy-Vee grocery Store in Peru. She also was a crossing Guard in Peru. Anne loved going on vacations and especially loved the Beach.

Anne is survived by her father James “Sarge” Massat of Peru. Her son Jonathan Frank Norrell of Peru. Her sisters Deborah Halford and Yvonne (Pat) Terry- Sculley and a brother Bill (Barbara) Hester. Her Aunt Lenora Hansen and cousin Robin. Her very close friends Rose Mathey- Rainey, Sandy Haupt, Terri Emm-Terzick., Marrianne Thompson, Shawn Olson and Lisa Jeffrey

Anne was preceded in death by her mother Theresa Massat and a nephew Shawn Newburg.
