Carrie J. Kaszynski 85 of Peru. Died June 22, 2016 in St Francis Medical Center Peoria. Funeral Service will be Saturday 1:00 PM in the Ptak Funeral Home. Cremation rites will take place following the service. Private Burial will bat a later date. Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 AM till 1:00 PM in the funeral Home. Carrie was born December 29, 1930 in Peru to Frank and Carrie (Miller) Sadnick. She married Alex Kaszynski Sr February 2, 1963 at St Valentine Church Peru. She worked at Westclox and Heritage Manor in Peru. She also worked at Dima’s Restaurant in LaSalle. She was a member of Rawson Lake in Bureau, 40&8 Le Chateau Club in Annawan. She was a former member of the Zion United Church of Christ in Peru. She loved camping and fishing and most of all Carrie loved her family and especially her grandchildren. Carrie is survived by her husband Alex Sr of Peru. 2 daughters Mary (JJ) Ellerbrock of Peru, Carol Schuster of Romeoville. 2 Sons Alex (Andrea) Kaszynski Jr, of Peru and Kye Kaszynski of Peru. Her grandchildren Ashley, Carrie, Hunter and Cade Kaszynski, Jakob and Kylie Ellerbrock and Ken and Keith Schuster. 2 sisters Ruth Ann (Dick) Hansen of Bradford and Lois Halm of Oglesby. 1 Brother James (Virginia) Sadnick. Several Nieces and Nephews and her Cat Lucky. She was preceded in death by 4 sisters and 2 Brothers.
