Conrad Margowski

Conrad Stephen Margowski 80 of Tullahoma, TN, formerly of La Salle. Died August 10, 2013 in his home. Memorial Mass will be11:00 am Tuesday October 8, 2013 in St Hyacinth Church La Salle. Burial will be at St Hyacinth Cemetery. Memorial Visitation will be Tuesday in the church from 9:00 am till time of services. Cremation rites have been accorded. Ptak Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements. Conrad was born to Stephen and Stephanie Margowski. He married Billye Logan. He was U S Marine veteran. Conrad worked as Meat cutter for A&P Supermarkets as well as serving as a volunteer fireman for La Salle. After retiring, Conrad and his wife relocated to Tullahoma. He enjoyed watching the Chicago Bears and listening to blues and jazz music as well as music from the Big Band Era. He was passionate about his woodworking projects and enjoyed fishing. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoyed his beloved pets a Yorkie named “CC” who has passed and his current Silky Terrier Tulip. He is survived by his wife Billye of Tullahoma, TN., 2 sons Phillip (Kimberly) Margowski of Ottawa and Joseph (Donna) Margowski of Tullahoma, TN. 2 daughters Tesh (Chuck) Clark and Cecelia “Sis” Behel of Tullahoma. 1 Sister Yolanda Stydahar of Libertyville. 12 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren and special friend Jim Kolaka of Ottawa. Honorary pallbearers include Phillip Margowski, Bill Foster, Byron Locklar, Chuck Clark, John Hershman and Troy Lilies. I He was preceded in death by Parents and 1 son Paul. In Lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society of St Bede Academy.
