Gregory A. Kulpa

Gregory A. Kulpa 69 of Peru. Died April 12, 2018, in IVCH. A memorial mass will be 11:00 AM Saturday, April 28 in St Joseph Church Peru. The Rev. Jacob Rose will officiate. Private Burial will be at St Vincent Cemetery. Memorial Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until time of services in the church. Ptak Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. Greg was born September 14, 1948, in La Salle to Henry and Dorothy (Dobrydnia) Kulpa. He married Kathy Malachowski on February 13, 1971, at St Roch’s Church La Salle. Greg was the Corporate Account manager “The Main Bean Counter” for IVCH for 30 years. He also managed the St Mary’s Credit Union in Peru. Gregory was a 1966 graduate of St Bede Academy and 1970 Graduate of Illinois State. He coached the 7th Grade Boys Basketball at Peru Catholic for over 17 years. He was a member of St Joseph Church. Gregory is survived by his wife Kathy of Peru. 1 daughter Karen (Pat) McManus of Peru. 2 sons Jeffrey Kulpa of Spring Valley and Gary (Emily) Kulpa of Rockton, IL. 6 grandchildren Kathryn, Ryan and Scott McManus. Declan, Lorelai and Olivia Kulpa. Greg was preceded in death by his parents.
