Jerome N.” Nick” Poloski 71 of La Salle. Died August 4,2019 at Home. Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Thursday September 19,2019 at St Hyacinth Cemetery. Pastor Steve Chamberlain will officiate. Ptak Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Jerome was born September 22, 1947 in La Salle to Louis and Bernice (Roginski) Poloski. He was a graduate of La Salle-Peru Township High School. He was a member of the L-P Band. He became a financial planner and ran his own Financial Planning business. He was a member of Mensa International. He is survived by many friends.
