Kathleen was born July 7, 1940, in Sagola, MI to Harlan and Ella (Blazier) Bates.

Kathleen is survived by her husband R. Wayne Hannesson of Spring Valley, daughters Michelle (Kurt Johnson) De Luca of Lombard, IL and Sandi Gales of Lombard, IL 5 Grandchildren Tara, Nicole, Leah, Kayln and Ryan. 4 Great Grandchildren Levi, Cole, Dominic and Harlee. 2 sisters Anne Bates and Yvonne Lesser.
