Kevin C. Kurtz 54 of Oglesby, died unexpectedly 7:35 AM November 8, 2016. Prayer Service will be Sunday 5:00 PM in Ptak Funeral Home with Rev. Gary McKee of the Shooting Park Baptist Church officiating. Memorial Visitation will be Sunday at the funeral home from 3:00-5:00 PM. Cremation rites have been accorded. Kevin was born January 9, 1962, in Peoria to Edward G. and Geraldine (Gregorich) Kurtz. Kevin worked in the warehouse at the Kohl’s distribution Center in Ottawa. Kevin loved the Chicago Bears and Computers. Kevin is survived by his Mother Geraldine of Oglesby. 1 sister Kelli (Charles) Raley of Peru. His niece Andrea (Justin) Crew of Granville and his nephew Cory (Shanna) Raley of Bloomington, IL and his great nieces Abigail, Jaelyn, Allison, Annabel, Adeline, and Audrey.
