Visitation will be Tuesday from 5-7 PM in the Funeral Home. Marjorie was born January 29, 1951 in Gary, IN. to Lawrence and Treva (Houk) Theobald. She married Simon Epps March 15, 1977. She was an Assistant manager at J&L Oil in Spring Valley for many years. Marjorie is survived by 2 daughters Megan (Bobby Phillips) Theobald-Epps of Spring Valley and Simone (Robert Phifer) Epps of Spring Valley. 3 Grandchildren Tyvon, Tianna and Tilea. Her parents. 2 sister Valerie (Roger) Demry of Bloomington, IL and Janice Perry of Richmond, TX, 1 brother Ronald (Cindy) Theobald of Bloomington, IL. Several nieces and nephews, friends and extended family. She was preceded in death by her husband Simon, 1 Grandson Aaron Phillips and 1 sister Lori Anne Theobald
