Mary Ann McPhedran

Mary Ann McPhedran 79 of Spring Valley. Passed away March 15, 2022.

Memorial mass will be 11:00 AM Friday March 25, 2022, at St Valentine Church. Rev Gary Blake will officiate Burial will be in St Valentine Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday 10:00 -11:00 AM in the church. Cremation rites have been accorded. Ptak Funeral home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Mary Ann was born November 17, 1942, in Peru to Casimir and Elizabeth (Ewing) Kowalczyk. She married James McPhedran June 6, 1980.

Mary Ann was a waitress at Monari’s 101 Club for many years.

Mary Ann is survived by her son Mark Maggi of Granville, her daughters Lori (Paul) Nemeth of Dalzell and Nicole (Mike) Stocking of Peru. Her grandchildren Joey Placencia of Sacramento, CA and Melissa Maggi of Spring Valley and 2 Great Grandchildren. Stepchildren James (Treva) McPhedran, Laurie (Chris) Fredrickson, Mary Bieneman, Dave (Michelle) McPhedran, Bill McPhedran and Sara (Bob) Zibert. 13 step Grandchildren and Several Great Step Grandchildren. Her sister Helen Jean Wadas of Benson, IL and brother Jack (Carmen) Kowalczyk of Peru.

Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents, her husband James in 2001. 2 Sisters June Ratajczak and Sherry Moncrief.
