Nancy J. Edgcomb

Nancy J. Edgcomb, 72, of Peru. Died unexpectedly 12:45 PM October 6, 2018 in her home. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday 11:00 AM in St Valentine Church. The Rev John Baptist Uwigaba will officiate. Burial will be in St Valentine Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday morning in the church from 10-11 AM. Cremation rites have been accorded. Ptak Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Nancy was born May 12,1946 in Spring Valley to Merlyn and Henrietta (Wisniewski) Rauh. She married Robert F. Edgcomb July 13,1974 in St Valentine Church. She was a member of St Valentine Church. Nancy worked at Westclox, IVCH, New Jersey zinc and then retired in 2007 as office manager for TEST Corporation in Peru. Nancy is survived by her daughter Bobbi (Nicholas) Marchuk of Schaumburg and her son Dru (Christine) Edgcomb of Diberville, Miss. 2 grandchildren Abigail and Asher. She is also survived by her 4 sisters Pat (Roland) Anderson of St Augustine, FL., Mary Dalton of La Salle, Jeanne (Joe) Thomas of Morris and Ann Doonan of La Salle. 2 Brothers Michael (Kathy) Rauh of Peru and Merlyn (Karen) Rauh of St Charles. And several nieces and nephews. Nancy was preceded in death by her Husband in 2014, her daughter Janie in infancy and 1 sister Joan.
