Paulette M. Moriarity

Paulette M.Weldon-Moriarity 67 of Oglesby. Died March 30, 2016 in her home. Funeral services will be 6:00 PM Wednesday April 5 in Ptak Funeral home. Rev Antonio Dittmer will officiate. Burial will be at a later date in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens La Salle. Visitation will be Wednesday in the funeral home from 4-6 PM. Paulette was born November 18, 1948 in Dimmick Township to John and Florence Weldon. She married Ralph Patrick Moriarity December 13, 1991 in La Salle. Paulette graduated from La Salle-Peru Township High School in 1966.She worked at American Nickeloid, Illinois Cement Co, La Salle County C.E.T.A. and then retired from the Housing Authority for La Salle County after 20 years. She also worked as an Avon representative for over 40 years. She loved the Chicago Bears and visiting restaurants. She is survived by her brother Doug Abbott of Oglesby and her sisters in law Bonnie Peterson of La Salle and Betty Moriarity of Alabama. She is also survived by her maternal family, the Kellet Family, Aunt Rose and cousins Alan, Diane, Lori, Kevin and Tim. She was preceded in death by her husband in 2003 and her parents.
