Raymond A. Rybarczyk

Raymond A. Rybarczyk 76 of Aperion Care Spring Valley. Died May 8, 2016 in St Margaret’s Hospital Spring Valley Private Graveside services will be at a later date at St Valentine Cemetery. Cremation rites have been accorded. Ptak Funeral Home is assisting the family with the services. Raymond was born May 9, 1939 in La Salle to Stanley and Clara (Goletz) Rybarczyk. He was a 1956 graduate of La Salle- Peru High School and then served in US Marine Corp. for 3 years. He worked at Paul Khoury’s Menswear in La Salle for many years. Then went onto own and operate the Varsity Shop Men’s Clothing, later called the Wearhouse in downtown La Salle for many years. He then moved to Florida where he worked in retail before returning to the area. Ray is survived by 1 daughter Renee Archer of St Louis, Mo, 2 sisters Deanna Bacidore of Peru and Loretta Bacidore of Peru. 1 brother Larry (Linda) Rybarczyk of La Salle and a sister in law Barb Rybarczyk of Oglesby. He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother Dennis Rybarczyk
